Redcliffe Touch is an organisation established to promote the sport of Touch Football (more commonly known as Touch Rugby in many parts of the world).  We cater for juniors, social through to international players.  The organisation is supported by a committee, administration staff and qualified referees.

The association is affiliated with:
Brisbane City Touch Association;
Queensland Touch Association;
Australia Touch Association;
Federation on International Touch.

The Redcliffe Touch Dolphins team won the first formal touch football competition in Brisbane in 1973.  After being runners-up in 1974 the Redcliffe Touch Association commenced fixtures with six teams in 1975.

The first premiers were Sharks from Sandgate.  The first competition included the Pine Rivers Bears which later merged with the Colts Touch Club which is still playing in the competition.

The association attended a meeting in 1979 to establish the Queensland Touch Association.

In 1983 the association became incorporated as "Redcliffe and District Touch Association Incorporated".

Competitions are currently held at:
Bradley Park, Victoria Avenue - Redcliffe;
Les Hughes Complex, Francis Road - Bray Park.
